In my view, healthy habits are very important because when you exercise and eat well, our metabolism will work excellent, also reduces unhealthy triglyceride levels in the blood, supports healthy blood pressure and reduces the risk of diabetes two. We must comor many vegetables and fruits, and make a bed for at least 30 minutes drinking 8 glasses of water throughout the day, we should avoid fried foods, fats, soft drinks, fast food and alcohol. We have to avoid eating after hours, and respect the 4 meals a day.
